Diet – 50%, to many cheat days

Rest – 10%, I still need to make overtime to complete projects.

Cross-trainer-office Shoe

I just bought a skechers shoe that I could use in the gym and office. I always need a shoe that will match my formal attire in the office and streneous activity in the gym espcially running. Well I have to test drive my shoe in the gym. Nike have come out with this superb running shoe, its flexible because of its cuts in the sole and its light-weight. It wll be next in my shopping list.

I need to get back on my regular sleeping time 10pm. Its taking its toll on me. My brain seems to function creatively at night but it conflicts my wellness goal.

This blog is have an impact on me. Just today I have a chat with officemate about who-is-gay-the-office. Everybody except one female officemate respond actively with the topic laughing and giggling. Actually her husband is one of my candidate to that category but was not included in the topic for obvious reason. I hope I didnt offended her. Gossiping is a trait that I’m working on… next time talk about someone in a positive note. Its for your own good.
